Welcome to Reliant Diesel Shop. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

Reliant Diesel Shop is operated by Reliant Marine & Industrial Diesel. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Availability

All parts listed on this site are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies. Product availability may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Reliant Diesel Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at Info@reliantdiesel.com with your order number and reason for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Electrical parts and special-order items are non-returnable.

6. Warranty

Parts sold through Reliant Diesel Shop are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Reliant Diesel Shop makes no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Installation of parts by uncertified technicians may void manufacturer warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reliant Diesel Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased on this site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Reliant Marine & Industrial Diesel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

9. Privacy
