Our Return Policy

To return any parts please email PARTS@RELIANTDIESEL.COM or call 321-425-2517 for return instructions.

Original invoice and email authorizing return must be included in the package being returned.

When returning an item for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds may be reduced or denied if the item has been used or installed.

ALL electrical components purchases are considered a special order and are not returnable. Special consideration may be given if the component can be proven as a manufacturer defect. Items must be returned for evaluation. If the item is deemed not a manufacturers defect, the item will be sent back at customer’s expense.

Customers are subject to a partial refund or restocking fee (25%) if items are damaged, missing or not in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You will be reimbursed for shipping cost only if Reliant Diesel made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped from Reliant Diesel fulfillment center.

Please allow 3-4 days for the refund to be processed.
