OVERVIEW

  • This HDI Marine Kit replaces the hard to find and expensive bolt on mixing elbow 119588-13500  119573-13500
  • The 316 billet adapter bolts on the turbo, then uses the modern V-band Clamp system from the later Yanmar engines giving infinite rotational adjustment, This elbow has the same water inlet diameter (1-1/2") but the location is slightly different and might need a different water hose.  Both elbows have a 5" discharge diameter
  • Fits the following engines: 6LY-UTE
  • KIT INCLUDES
  1. BVB Precision CNC machined investment cast 316 stainless steel mixing elbow
  2. Includes HDI's  4 bolt to Vband Adaptor
  3. BVBC Vband clamp (OEM priced at $38)
  4. Steel crush gasket that replaces Yanmar PN 119547-13251 ($4.15value)
  5. Graphite gasket  (turbo to 4 bolt flange) replaces Yanmar P/N 119593-13250 (OEM Price $68.30)
  • 1-1/2” (38mm) water inlet
